Family Lawyer

We’re growing and looking for Family Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years PAE through to highly experienced practitioners to join our Toowoomba team. You’ll work alongside a talented and supportive team of family lawyers and legal support professionals, managing a varied caseload across all areas of family law while having the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong client relationships and achieve meaningful outcomes for the people you represent. Chief Legal Officer

Due to our continued growth, Best Wilson Buckley Family Law is seeking an exceptional Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join our Executive Leadership Team, with the role able to be based in Ipswich, North Lakes, Brisbane or Toowoomba. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll provide strategic and technical leadership across our legal practice while maintaining your own client files. You’ll mentor and develop our talented lawyers, champion legal excellence and exceptional client outcomes, oversee professional standards and risk, and work alongside the Executive Leadership Team to drive innovation, growth and continuous improvement. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished family law leader to have a genuine influence on the future direction of one of Queensland’s largest family law firms, while helping shape the next generation of legal talent.
