Voted One of the Best Law Firms.
Following exhaustive research of both clients and peers, the completely independent Doyle’s Review has once again found Best Wilson Buckley Family Law, one of Queensland’s best law firms.
The local communities we live and work in have always welcomed and supported our business with open arms, and we feel honoured to be part of each and every one. Local is lovely!

Safe Haven is our charity of choice at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law. They support those people in our communities that are in abusive relationships and at-risk of physical violence, in an area of support not provided by traditional domestic violence services.
Their model relies on people just like you in the community that will put up their spare room for use in their early intervention program, which can be likened to “foster care for adults” or “Air BNB for people fleeing domestic abuse”.
As a business we make a monthly donation to Safe Haven to support their work. This is supplemented by our team in weekly donations for casual Friday, a container recycling scheme where refunds are donated and spreading the good word.

We’re fortunate to operate in areas where we have a growing crop of future family lawyers in our very own backyard. It has always been very important to us to support the growth and development of burgeoning lawyers, no matter what area of practice they ultimately end up in. Over the years we have partnered with USQ in initiatives such as scholarships and moot competitions for both law students and secondary students. The future legal minds of our communities are looking sharp!
Many of our Toowoomba expert family lawyers donate their personal time to support our local community legal centres including Toowoomba Advocacy and Support Centre, Caxton Legal Centre, Women’s Legal Service and Pine Rivers Community Legal Service. This is important to our team, but not nearly as important as it is to the people that access critical family law advice through these services.
