Cassie Boland

Cassie is a Senior Solicitor in the firm’s North Lakes office.

Cassie has been working exclusively in family law firms since 2011, firstly as a Paralegal and then as a practising Solicitor following her admission in 2014.  Aside from a 12-month period as a family lawyer in Rockhampton, she has worked exclusively in firms across north Brisbane and is well known throughout the North Lakes family law fraternity.

Cassie’s clients appreciate her promptness and professionalism and her ability to provide clarity and stability in what can often be a traumatic and emotionally stressful period of their lives.  She is driven by the opportunity to interact with people and help them navigate this difficult period, and finds great satisfaction in resolving matters in a way that reduces emotional and financial stress and provides clients with a clear vision of stability for their future.  Cassie regularly volunteers at the Pine Rivers Community Legal Centre where she provides free legal advice to members of her local community.

Expertise and Professional Qualifications

The experience she has collected working exclusively in family law firms since 2011 has allowed Cassie to become well-rehearsed in resolving complex property settlements involving the division of assets, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, and superannuation splits. Prior to her admission, she worked as a Paralegal for an Independent Children’s Lawyer for 3 years, also gifting her a unique insight into parenting matters with a focus on protecting the best interests of children involved in family law disputes.
