Quite often its necessary for a court to approve an Interim Order until such time as a trial has taken place and Final Orders are made. Interim Orders are incredibly important, because as you’d expect a Court may take a fair amount of time before your matter goes to trial before the Court and its necessary for arrangements for your children to be in place.
Now, commonly you would apply for an Interim Order if you’re not happy with the current arrangements or the arrangements aren’t in the best interests of the child.
When it comes to Interim Orders, its best to seek good, competent and reputable legal advice.
