Our Values
We all stand for something.
We’re proud of the fact that the values you see below are a true a reflection of the BWB team, in that they were created by all of us.
These aren’t words that were thrown around a boardroom table by external consultants or only our most senior management team members.
Rather, this set of values was developed in a special place in the Lockyer Valley (honouring our rural roots) where the entire BWB team came together to brainstorm and share who they are and why they do what they do.
These values are built into everything we do at BWB, both internally and externally. All of our team members, regardless of their role, are guided by a set of behaviours that honour our clients and our communities and aim to leave those with work with in a better place than when they first found us.
