Hi, I'm Denielle.

I'm an Ipswich family lawyer at Best Wilson Buckley.

I've been a specialist family lawyer since my admission to the legal profession in 2019.

Prior to joining BWB's Ipswich team in 2023, I worked at specialist family law firms in Brisbane both as a family lawyer and a domestic and family violence duty lawyer. I am incredibly well-versed in providing a high standard of legal advice and representation to clients across all areas of family law, including parenting disputes, property settlements, and domestic and family violence matters. While my career started in Brisbane, I'm excited to bring the wealth of knowledge and experience I've gained to the Ipswich community.

My previous experience also saw me representing clients at court events in Sydney, Canberra, and other capital cities across Australia. This practical experience has sharpened my advocacy skills, making me confident in representing your interests in court should it become relevant to your circumstances. I am also a self-confessed case law nerd, meaning my clients can benefit from family law advice that is not only practical, but well-informed and up-to-date.

Why family law?

I've always had a strong desire to help people, and family law provides me with the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives every day. I find immense satisfaction in guiding clients through what can be one of the most challenging periods in their lives.

How do clients describe your approach?

As an experienced family lawyer, I understand that clients often come to me at their lowest, and my aim is to make things as easy as possible while they navigate through this period. The client feedback I have been fortunate enough to receive often focuses on the positive resolutions I ultimately help to create, and how my involvement in an incredibly personal period of someone's life only helped to simplify that journey.
