Lynn Armstrong

Special Counsel | Accredited Family Law Specialist

Lynn is Special Counsel at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law and is a Practice Leader in the firm’s Toowoomba office.

Lynn has practised exclusively in family law as an established Toowoomba family lawyer since 2005.  Combining years of experience in both private and legal aid practice provides Lynn with a unique insight into the complex web of family law where she has gained a wealth of experience across parenting, property, child protection, and domestic and family violence matters.

Personal experience led Lynn to practise in family law with a desire to show that there is another way to delivering family law outcomes; an infinitely better way.

Lynn’s knowledge and understanding of family law, combined with life experience, enables Lynn to provide the support and guidance needed by clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their family and their future.

In addition to her Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Lynn also holds a Masters of Family Law and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist.

Expertise and Professional Qualifications

Lynn is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist.  She is well-versed in parenting and property matters, as well as having unique insight into domestic and family violence, adoption, and child protection matters.  Lynn regularly appears in the District Court of Queensland and Children’s Court for such matters, in addition to the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court.
