Lynn is Special Counsel at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law and is a Practice Leader in our Toowoomba office.
Lynn is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist and has worked exclusively as an established Toowoomba family lawyer since 2005. These years of experience combined with her formal education have gifted her with a unique skillset and in 2018 she was recognised by independent Doyle’s Guide as a leading family lawyer in the Toowoomba, Darling Downs, and Western Queensland region.
Personal experience led Lynn to practise family law with a desire to show that there is another way to delivering family law outcomes that ensures the emotional and financial wellbeing of her clients is protected. Her time as a family lawyer together with her life experience enables her to provide the support and guidance needed by clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their family and their future.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and her specialist accreditation, Lynn also holds a Masters of Law (Family Law).

Lynn is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist with over 15 years of experience practising exclusively in family law. Combining experience in both private and legal aid practice with her formal education and qualifications, she possesses a wealth of knowledge across parenting, adoption, property, and domestic and family violence matters.
Lynn is also incredibly experienced in the intricate, sensitive, and complex area of child safety and child protection. As an experienced litigator and advocate, she consistently achieves swift and amicable resolutions for her clients.
