Hi, I’m James.

I’m a Paralegal at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law.

I’ve been working in law firms since 2021, and in family law since 2022.  As a paralegal, it’s my job to work alongside our highly experienced family lawyers and act as a second point of contact for our clients.  My extensive background in client servicing ensures those clients I work with will always feel heard and know exactly what’s next on their pathway towards resolution.

Why family law?

Working in family law has always been a passion and desire of mine.  As a father of a young daughter, I understand all too well the trials and tribulations that come with separation and the uncertainty felt at this time.  It has been a great honour of mine to be able to assist people through this process and provide them with clarity and some sort of semblance of hope through this difficult process.  I consider myself a very diligent and empathetic person, which helps me to connect with clients and act as a safe set of hands as they navigate through their own family law journey.
