Hi I’m Monica

I’m a Law Clerk in our Toowoomba office.

 

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Justice, majoring in Criminology and Policing with a minor in Children, Youth and Families. Throughout my studies, I developed a strong interest in family law as it combines both my passion for justice and my desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

 

Family law is an area that allows me to work closely with individuals and families during what is often one of the most challenging and emotional periods of their lives. I find it deeply rewarding to assist clients in navigating complex legal and personal issues, helping them move toward practical and positive outcomes.

 

The best part of my job is supporting clients to reach a just and equitable resolution while ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident that they have a dedicated advocate in their corner. Being able to provide clarity, reassurance, and guidance during such a pivotal time is what truly drives my passion for family law.
