Hello, I’m Sarah.

I’m one of the friendly and helpful receptionists you’ll talk to when you call or walk through the doors of BWB.

I have spent the majority of my career working in the legal industry, with experience in reception and administration across law firms throughout South East Queensland. Over the years, I've developed a passion for providing exceptional client service and creating a welcoming environment for everyone I meet.

As part of the reception team at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law, I understand that contacting a family law firm can often feel overwhelming. My goal is to ensure every client feels comfortable, supported and genuinely cared for from the moment they get in touch.

My favourite part of my role is helping clients over the phone and welcoming them into our office. I also love being part of such a supportive team and catching up with my colleagues throughout the day.

I joined BWB after reaching out to Rebecca O'Toole to enquire about receptionist opportunities, and I'm grateful to be part of a team that shares my passion for helping people.
