Samantha Chai

Samantha is a Solicitor in our North Lakes office.

Samantha was admitted to practise law in 2017, having graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Human Resources) in 2016.

Samantha fell in love with the world of family law after volunteering with the Women’s Legal Service while completing her dual degree. Connecting with clients and providing support and a sense of security while they face what is often the most difficult time in their lives are the driving forces behind her desire to practise family law.

She is also responsible for all Applications for Divorce in our Brisbane and North Lakes offices and has gained experience appearing in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia on behalf of her clients.
