I am an experienced HR professional who brings a genuine passion for people to my role at BWB. With a background spanning health care, education, manufacturing and production, I have worked with teams in a wide variety of environments, giving me a well-rounded understanding of what people need to feel supported, valued and empowered at work.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Business, driven by a love of learning and a desire to continually grow both personally and professionally.

The best part of my role is simple: people. I firmly believe that people are the heart of any business and its greatest asset. When individuals are supported and given the right tools, they don’t just perform well, they truly thrive. Creating that kind of environment is what motivates me every day.
